The uncertainties and transitions of life can cause anxiety, stress, and depression. You might be questioning yourself or your place in the world. Therapy is a space where you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the strengths that have always been within you. My role as a therapist is not to “fix” or “define” your experiences, but to walk alongside you as we explore your emotions, relationships, and the stories that have shaped who you are. As someone who has lived across different cultural contexts, I understand that adapting to change, finding belonging, and navigating life's transitions can be both challenging and meaningful.

I value working with people who are curious about themselves and open to exploring what may be beneath the surface of their experiences. I believe that even during challenging seasons of life, there is always room for curiosity, growth, and reconnection with yourself. I hope to meet you with openness and compassion, honoring where you are while creating space for where you want to go.

My approach to therapy

I work with teenagers (13+) and adults both virtually and in-person. My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative. I integrate humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and other evidence-informed approaches to support clients in developing greater self-understanding and practical ways of navigating life’s challenges. Together, we will create space to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and explore meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, and together we can find what feels most helpful and aligned with your needs, goals, and experiences, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Somatic-informed approaches
