“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” ― Aristotle

There is no “perfect” reason or major life event required to begin this process. You might be wondering how to build secure intimate partner relationships, feeling drained by daily anxiety and depression, or navigating a season where you just feel a bit lost. Or, maybe nothing is glaringly "wrong," but you want an objective, supportive space to figure out your next chapter.

In therapy, we will work together to help you unpack heavy emotions, break out of frustrating relationship cycles, or build practical tools to feel more aligned with your direction. In the room with me, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, honor your story, and confidently build a life you truly love. You don't have to carry it all alone, and you don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start therapy, welcome—I am so glad you’re here!

My approach to therapy

I offer individual sessions for adults (18+) who are seeking a greater understanding of themselves and their patterns. I bring an open, honest, and warm energy to the room. As a neurodivergent clinician, I operate from a holistic lens, assessing how your environment, social circles, daily habits, and unique story impact your mental health.
I love helping people build secure, meaningful connections. You deserve to share your life with those you love, while still enriching your own independent world without feeling all-consumed.
Together, we can integrate concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We’ll build tangible new skills, cultivate a genuine sense of safety in your body, and foster stable relationships in your life. Above all, I strive to hold a space that encourages imperfections and allows you to come “home” to yourself. I welcome the questions you feel like you aren't allowed to ask, and the stories you feel you can't share anywhere else.
