(she/her)
Feeling stuck in negative thoughts, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or others can be exhausting to carry on your own. You may be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, or the emotional weight of overthinking and feeling like you always have to hold everything together.
I believe therapy can be a supportive space where you don’t have to have all the “right” words or answers. I strive to create a space where you can show up authentically, feel heard, and explore your experiences without judgment. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership where we work together to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while building healthier ways to cope, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create. While therapy can involve challenging conversations, I also value bringing warmth and humor into the process. I believe moments of laughter and lightness can be just as meaningful.
My approach to therapy
I work with teens 13+, adults, and couples both in person and virtually. My approach is warm, intentional, and relational, while also considering the broader systems, experiences, and relationships that shape each person’s life. In my practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their resilience and sense of self.
