“Vulnerability is not a weakness; it is our most accurate measure of courage.”-Brené Brown

I know that deciding to share the hardest parts of your life with someone new takes real courage. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, life transitions or trauma, my goal is to make this space feel like yours, somewhere you can be honest, messy, and fully yourself without fear of judgment.

I truly believe that humor and lightness have a place in healing. Whether you're carrying something heavy or just trying to figure out what comes next, you're welcome here, exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, seniors, couples, and teens 14+. I take a trauma-informed, as well as a strengths-based approach when working with clients. I utilize a variety of different therapeutic approaches, including: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing .  My approach is anti-oppressive, and I prioritize continued education to ensure that I am culturally competent.
