Leslie Hall, LMHCA (she/her)

Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but rest assured, you've already shown tremendous courage by considering it. As a dedicated therapist, my goal is to create a nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

I've had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all walks of life as they navigate the highs and lows of being human. Whether you're grappling with overwhelming emotions, seeking clarity in the midst of chaos, or simply longing for someone to share your burdens with, I'm here to offer my support and guidance.

In our sessions, you can expect a judgment-free zone where you're free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll unpack the layers of your story, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and co-create personalized strategies to help you move towards greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

When off the clock, I enjoy watching stand up comedy, reading food magazines, and playing card games with friends. I also believe that fresh air and physical movement contributes to my own mental health and self-care so I love going on flat hikes, dancing, and playing tennis!

My approach to therapy

I work with teens (17+), adults, and couples, both virtually and in person. While I draw from several theories in my work, I tailor each session to your needs. Mainly, I work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and feminist/system based theory. I also incorporate somatics and mindfulness techniques as a way to foster a connection between the body and mind.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique experiences and perspectives. I believe in the transformative power of connection and strive to cultivate a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
