You’re likely reading this because you want to feel and function better.
Maybe you're navigating a life transition, feeling stretched thin by work or relationships, or simply sensing that something needs to shift but you're not sure where to start. Whether you're new to therapy or have had experiences that did—or didn’t—feel helpful, it’s understandable to have questions about what this process will be like and whether you’ll find someone who feels like the right fit.
Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to listen without judgment and support you in ways that fit your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the tech industry, navigating fast-paced, high-pressure environments. That experience, along with my background in social work, shapes how I practice today. I don't see people in isolation. I consider how your relationships, community, and the world around you influence how you feel and move through life.
Together, we’ll build a supportive relationship where you can show up as yourself. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform, have all the answers, or worry about being judged. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while working toward the changes you want to make.
Finding the right therapist can take time, and I don't take that lightly. As both a therapist and a client myself, I know how important that fit is. If we seem like a good match, I'd love to connect.
My approach to therapy
I work with adults across the lifespan both in-person and virtually. My approach balances acceptance and change. We’ll work together to better understand your experiences while developing practical tools to help you move toward the life you want with compassion and curiosity.
I tailor therapy to each person rather than relying on a single approach. I draw from several evidence-based therapies, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): noticing and shifting unhelpful or automatic thought patterns
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Mindfulness: concrete skills for managing intense emotions and finding calm
Motivational Interviewing: working through what feels stuck or conflicted when you're considering change
Internal Family Systems (IFS) ideas: understanding the different "parts" of yourself and building a kinder relationship with each

Burnout
Life transitions
Toxic and abusive relationships
