Anne Bornholdt, LMHC, CRC (she/her)

“Listening looks easy, but it’s not simple. Every head is a world.”

-Cuban proverb

Who are you and where are you going? How do you get there? I find it takes courage to genuinely know yourself and acknowledge all that you are. When you uncover your true nature from the layers of conditioning which stem from culture, family (both given and chosen), and society, you can gain new perspectives, break free from self-limiting patterns, better meet challenges, and make the best choices for your life. With greater self-awareness you can adapt, bloom, and live to your fullest potential.

I believe difficult, problematic, or confusing experiences can be used as doorways to self-discovery using the unconditional love and compassion already within you. I am here to support and walk with you on a journey of self-actualization and healing in a collaborative, holistic approach to growth and change. I look forward to accompanying you on this adventure. Let’s embrace the brilliant possibilities!
