Finding the right therapist at the right time can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re hoping to work with someone who truly gets you. Beginning therapy takes courage. The vulnerability of sharing your story is tender and powerful, and it’s something I hold with deep respect.
I believe each of us carries an inherent capacity for healing. My role isn’t to fix you, but to meet you with curiosity, steadiness, and compassion, and to walk alongside you as we gently explore the patterns, protective parts, and experiences that have shaped your life. Together, we co-create a space that feels grounded, brave, and connected.
My work is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I draw from attachment theory, family systems, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches. I often weave in creativity, body awareness, and humor when it feels supportive. Above all, I center the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and meaningful change.
My approach to therapy
I support individuals (adults and teens 13+), relationship constellations, and families navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer both in person and virtual sessions. Through an attachment-informed lens, we explore relational patterns, protective strategies, and opportunities for repair. I affirm alternative relationship structures, including polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, and strive to create a space where diverse relationships are understood and honored.
As a socio-culturally attuned therapist, I recognize how cultural context and systemic oppression shape our inner worlds. My style is client-led, heart-centered, and grounded in advocacy. You deserve care that honors your story, your resilience, and the many parts of you still unfolding. I would be honored to walk beside you as you deepen your relationship with yourself and nurture the connections that matter most.
