“I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being.” -Hafiz

Perhaps you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, or maybe you are going through a period of transition or are interested in self growth. Whatever you are facing, I believe that healing is a personal and sacred journey. I welcome all of your feelings and experiences and will meet you where you are with a deep sense of presence, empathy, cultural humility, and respect.  Each person’s path is unique and I see it as a privilege to help you uncover your innate wisdom and strength.

A little about me: In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dog, exploring the forest and hugging trees, practicing yoga and meditation, and dancing with hula hoops.

My approach to therapy

I offer in-person and virtual individual sessions with teens (13+) and adults. Our sessions will be grounded in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, strengths-based, and person-centered approach. My work is informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems), ACT (Acceptance &Commitment Therapy), and somatic perspectives.  My understanding of the mind-body connection is guided by my previous work doing massage and craniosacral therapy. I’ll encourage you to explore your experience with curiosity rather than judgment, and I will invite you to approach your body with kindness and self-compassion. Our work together is an evolving collaboration, and my intention is to co-create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.  I am here to listen, support, and reflect, however you are the expert on your life. My ultimate goal is to empower you to find clarity, build resilience, and develop the tools you need to move through life with greater peace and confidence. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your healing journey!
