About Couples Therapy

You’re having the same argument again and again. You feel resentment rising. You can’t seem to communicate or get through to your partner(s). You might feel stuck in your relationship, like you have differences that feel impossible to manage or work out on your own.

You struggle to have productive conflict. Trust and intimacy are affected by something that has happened or is happening in your relationship. Maybe you or your partner(s) identify as LGBTQIA2+, open or polyamorous and are looking for a supportive space. Maybe you are about to commit to each other and want to have important conversation. Ultimately, you want to work together but don’t know how or where to start.

Start here. Couples therapy can be an explorative, meaningful and connecting experience.
