Camille Seyler, LMHCA (she/her)

Beginning therapy can be a challenging step, and my aim is to establish an authentic and empowering therapeutic relationship. Together we will work to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your goals for therapy at your own pace. I am here to provide support, guidance, and a safe space for self-discovery and growth. Therapy is a dynamic process, and can include learning coping strategies for managing anxiety or depression, navigating complex family or friend relationships, and navigating life transitions. My commitment is to empower you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Together, we can work towards positive change and a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I work individually with adults, both in-person and virtually. I find great fulfillment in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. My approach to therapy is founded on a trauma-informed perspective, and I believe in meeting you exactly where you are on your unique journey. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your needs and preferences. Some of the modalities I incorporate include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): To address thought patterns and behaviors.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): To develop emotional regulation, mindfulness, and effective interpersonal skills.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To enhance psychological flexibility and values-based living.

  • Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RODBT): To address emotional overcontrol and social isolation.
