“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.”

- Soren Kierkegaard

I believe in empowerment and self-compassion as pillars for change and growth. Whether healing from past traumas, facing current anxiety and stress, or clarifying which direction you want to head in life, we can work as a team to find the tools best suited for your health and well-being.

I work best with people who want to gain insight into both their past and current lives, to better understand the future. My existential roots offer exploration on some of life’s harder to answer questions. Together we can explore how these insights can be helpful with making meaning in your life.

My approach to therapy

I work individually with adults both in person and virtually, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, which can provide insight into how previous roles and attachments impact and shape your current relationships. I also work from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which helps reconnect with how you relate to thoughts and feelings as you move towards values-based changes in your life.

Together we will move through a safe space created for healing and make a plan to take action towards what matters to you most. My background in music and art has taught me to fully respect the power of creation and expression. I hold a non-judgmental stance as we honor your voice, your experiences, and your values. I believe that the first step in healing is showing up, and I look forward to working with you.
